Refund policy

30-day returns, on us. If you are not happy with your Santa Glow™ order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay for return shipping.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at santagloww@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, in its original packaging if you still have it, and send it back using the label.

Items should be returned in the condition you received them. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we cannot refund returns sent without a return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email santagloww@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Want a different scene? Email us and we will arrange the exchange. The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, please use the return process above.

Shipping Protection

The Shipping Protection fee is refunded if you cancel before your order ships. It is not refunded once the order has shipped, because the cover has already been provided.

Your legal rights

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy applies in addition to this right and to any other rights you have under the law of your country.
