1. About these terms

This website is operated by Santa Glow ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors, brightness and size can look slightly different in real life than on your screen, and photos are shown for illustration. Each scene is sold separately unless stated otherwise.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and can change without notice. Payment is taken when you place your order. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.

5. Discounts

Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout when your cart qualifies. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery times and Shipping Protection are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Santa Glow name, logo, text, images and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, or to collect other users' information.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Our products are decorations for indoor use; please follow any instructions included with your product.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
